Do I get access to the training courses immediately after paying?

Yes. After you have made your payment at PayPal, you will be redirected back to our website where you can login using your user name and password you registered earlier. Once logged in, training tutorials of all training courses are activated under your account. The entire process should take about 2-3 minutes. 

What benefits do I get for my subscription?

Your subscription benefits include:

  • Access to over 1000 high quality training tutorials and all new tutorials we regularly add to the online course collection

  • Access to exercise files. These files are prepared for you to follow along the video tutorials.
  • Access to our training courses 24/7, 365 days a year. Although we do need to go offline for a few minutes every few months for regular maintenance.
  • Each tutorial is of high quality and is carefully designed to maximize your retention in the shortest possible time
  • You can really learn at your own pace. There is no pressure on you to go faster or slower.
  • Investing in your own development and enhancing your career for less than a $1 a day, it's hard to go wrong

Do I need to download an program to play the video tutorials?

No. All video lessons are played by the Flash player that is already part of your internet browser.


Do I need to cancel my subscription?

Except for the monthly payment plan, all subscription payments are one-off, you do not need to cancel anything. When your subscription expires, your account will be automatically downgraded and full access to courses will stop. This is until you choose to renew or reactivate your subscription yourself. The option to renew is on your secured membership page.

For those members with montly payment plan, you can cancel anytime from your PayPal account.


Can I download the courses and tutorials?

The training tutorials can only be viewed online as streaming videos - they cannot be downloaded to a computer.


Can I login from any computer, or am I limited to a single computer?

Yes, you can login from any internet computer. However, you can only be logged in on one computer at a time. Login in from multiple computers at the same time would cause your account to be suspended and you will have to wait until one of our team members release it from suspension.
